Who We Are

Respected. Liked. Feared.

RLF Communications is a public relations agency based in North Carolina that works with clients to build and tell stories that engage the audiences who matter most to them.

Through media relations, reputation management, social media, internal communications and other communications strategies, we provide credibility, visibility and relatability on behalf of our clients.

RLF was founded in 2007 with the driving philosophy to be an agency that is simultaneously Respected, Liked and Feared. RLF serves as our internal compass and our guiding aspiration for clients, colleagues, community and peers. You can read here the memo written in 2006 by RLF Founder Monty Hagler that inspired our name.
